To prepare for the WorldSkills international championship in Kazan, Russian Federation develops a responsibility distribution concept envisaging the establishment of interregional competence centres. To do that, 4 billion roubles will be allocated from the federal budget, Tatarstan Education and Science Minister Engel Fattakhov told a today’s meeting chaired by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.
