Tatarstan Education Ministry chief greets teachers on trade holiday
4 October 2012, Thursday
“Our dear teachers!
From the bottom of my heart I greet you on your trade holiday, the Day of the Teacher!
On this remarkable day, I want to offer special gratitude to all our educators. Your proficiency, kindness of the heart, thoughtfulness, attention and exigency help our children discover their capabilities and talents.
Whoever we become and whatever occupation we choose, each of us has had their Teacher. We all are, first of all, students and everything good that we have in us is the merit of including our wise mentors. A true teacher is not one who simply passes on knowledge but one who shapes a student’s personality. It is their image that stays with us throughout our life.
Teaching has never been an easy job, nowadays it is even more difficult. Teaching requires great patience, complete devotion and constant self-improvement, since teaching is more than an occupation, it is a calling!
Let each day spent in school give you joy from communicating to the children, as well as new knowledge and positive emotions! Let the students please you with their knowledge and graduates remember their native school and beloved teachers. It is in fact the highest reward of your noble work!”
“We hope this campus’ participants will never forget their teams, these days and Tatarstan,” acting Tatarstan President Ildar Khalikov said while closing the 5th Presidential Academy’s Summer Campus event at Innopolis.
On July 13 in the afternoon, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn opening of the 3d Regional open Olympiad of young geologists of Tatarstan in Almetievsk region.
The event runs on 21 to 23 April. An official ceremony to open the 6th republican youth forum Our Tatarstan took place at Kazan’s IT Park on 21 April. Attendees included Aide to Tatarstan President Leila Fazleeva and Tatarstan Deputy Youth Affairs and Sport Minister Rustam Garifullin.
