In order to stimulate the renewal of staff vocational education sector, improving its relationship with the real economy and in the framework of the state program" Development of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2020 ", by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan from 31.01.2014 number 430/14 a grant competition "New Master" was announced.42 contestants took part in a grant contest. Experts chose 30 finalists who had the highest results from 23 educational organizations.
