Sixth international school teacher festival takes place in Tatarstan’s Yelabuga

On 10-12 August, the Kazan Federal University’s Yelauga Institute will host the 6th international festival of school teachers. Participants will be leading school teachers from Russia and Tatarstan, as well as secondary and higher vocational training system managers, scientists cooperating with educational establishments and foreign specialists.
The festival’s participants will give master classes, round table discussions, arrange business games, training courses and presentations of best teaching practices.
The teachers will be offered art and speciality competitions, as well as public lectures by scientists specialising in contemporary education.
“We hope this campus’ participants will never forget their teams, these days and Tatarstan,” acting Tatarstan President Ildar Khalikov said while closing the 5th Presidential Academy’s Summer Campus event at Innopolis.
On July 13 in the afternoon, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn opening of the 3d Regional open Olympiad of young geologists of Tatarstan in Almetievsk region.
The event runs on 21 to 23 April. An official ceremony to open the 6th republican youth forum Our Tatarstan took place at Kazan’s IT Park on 21 April. Attendees included Aide to Tatarstan President Leila Fazleeva and Tatarstan Deputy Youth Affairs and Sport Minister Rustam Garifullin.
