Dear pupils and students of the Russian Federation and foreign countries

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan is glad to announce the IV International Tatar Language and Literature Competition.
We kindly invite Russian and foreign pupils and students from 14 to 25 years old to take part in the Competition.
The Competition is divided into two rounds: qualifying and final.
• All the participants must register on the KFU site abiturient.kpfu.ru during the time period from 9 November to 21 December, 2015;
• The qualifying round is held in the mode of online testing during the time period from 7 to 21 December, 2015. The online testing can be fulfilled remotely with the help of computer classrooms of schools and universities and participants’ home computers. You can find the Instruction for the registration and online testing on abiturient.kpfu.ru. The Participants can access the online testing only after they register on abiturient.kpfu.ru in the fixed time period, fill all the necessary form fields according to the Instruction. The results of the online testing will have been published on abiturient.kpfu.ru by 26 December, 2015.
The minimum number of points for being allowed to participate in the final round will have been determined by the Organizing Committee for every category of participants by 15 January, 2016.
The Organizing Committee has the right to offer an extra task to the Participants of the qualifying round if the number of winners exceeds the quota.
The list of the Participants allowed to the final round will have been published on the KFU site abiturient.kpfu.ru or on the Ministry site http://mon.tatarstan.ru by31 January, 2016.
• The final round will be held after 20 April, 2016.
It will be organized for the winners of the online testing. The online testing winners list published on the KFU site abiturient.kpfu.ru or on the Ministry sitehttp://mon.tatarstan.ruis the confirmation for sending the Participant to the final round.
The champions and prize winners of the Competition will be awarded with the Diplomas by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan and valuable presents. Each final round participant will be rewarded with the Certificate of Participation and a souvenir.
