The state Duma can consider an amendment to return medals at schools in April

The bill was introduced 25 February by the chairman of the Committee of Education Vyacheslav Nikonov. Previously the Ministry of the education and science of Russian Federation canceled gold or silver medals as they are not supplying any perks while going to the University. Conditions and the order of providing incentives will be determined by the Ministry of the education and science.
