Quota for foreigners learning in Russia will grow

As the prime-minister of Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev said the government will keep trying to increase quota for foreigners learning in Russians Universities.
He noticed that Russia is interested in foreign students and contributes friendly partnership between countries. They are the people with the help of who we build good neighborly relations with other governments.
