7 November 2014, Friday
The Tatarstan Minister of Education and Science Engel Fattakhov's letter about prohibition on collecting money from pupils' parents has raised issues on visiting cultural places.
Furthermore, parents, theaters' and museums' staff and others were frustrated. Spectators turnout was under a question.
It should be reminded that to collect money and other valuable items from parents by any reason was prohibited for schools. The corresponding letter was sent to municipalities' education departments by the minister.
Engel Fattakhov commented on the arisen issue at Belem Doniasy (The Knowledge World) television program.
“There was no letter prohibiting organized children tours to theaters, concerts and exhibitions from our side. It is simply negligence of education departments in many districts. Therefore, I want to say that it is a temporary issue. We are working on it,” the speaker noted.
The ministry will prepare a corresponding regulation for municipal bodies' education departments.
“We hope this campus’ participants will never forget their teams, these days and Tatarstan,” acting Tatarstan President Ildar Khalikov said while closing the 5th Presidential Academy’s Summer Campus event at Innopolis.
On July 13 in the afternoon, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn opening of the 3d Regional open Olympiad of young geologists of Tatarstan in Almetievsk region.
